After all the votes were counted, Ella Anderson and Reese Harmon had the shock of learning that they had tied for 2017-2018 Freshmen Secretary.

“When I found out that we tied for secretary I was very happy and also surprised that we tied and now I have more excitement to build up to find out who wins the revote”, said Freshman Secretary Candidate Reese Harman.

“I was proud of myself that I did make it to be secretary but then there was a tie with Reese, which is okay because whether he wins or i win there will be a good secretary”, said Freshman Secretary Candidate Ella Anderson.

This was both stressful and exciting for both of the candidates because it’s their first year in high school  and they’re doing something important by representing the school. This is such a great experience for them to look back at in the future.
