There were 26 brand new cases of COVID-19 on Oct. 28 according to the COVID-19 Community Task Force. The positive test rate from Oct. 30 is 10.3% according to the COVID-19 Community Task Force. There were 10 COVID-19 related hospitalization’s according to the task force
