Halloween is by far one of my favorite times of the year, I enjoy the changing of the leaves, cold weather, hot apple cider and most importantly the movies.

One of my favorite movies that I love to watch is Hocus Pocus. Hocus Pocus is a movie about teenager Max Dennison and how he explores an abandoned house with his new friends. The house is supposedly to have been the home of three witches long ago, while in the house max accidentally sets them free. The witches come after them and the only guide Max and his friends have is a cat. It is a comedy, but also a classic Halloween movie that most kids have watched.

According to imdb.com the top five Halloween movies this year are Hocus Pocus, Halloween, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Trick ‘r Treat and Halloweentown. Halloweentown is also one of my favorite movies to watch during this time of year. When I watch the movie it always reminds me of when I was little and how Halloween was a really big deal.

Halloween movies are good for when you just want to relax and have nothing better to do. I suggest making a big bowl of popcorn, snuggling into your couch and having a big Halloween movie fest.
