Senior projects aim to connect students with their passion and the local community. Many students do projects that connect to their interests or future profession, others do things to better the community. Projects contain five Main parts. First, the proposal is the main plan for the goal to be accomplished during the project. Next are the reflection pieces that summarize what the senior project did. Then is the project that students complete to help better the community. Next is the e-portfolio, which is a timeline of the chronological order of the events of the senior project. Lastly is the presentation. This is the final step of the project where students show off their project to a panel of judges. As these projects wrap up, seniors are becoming one step closer to graduation. These projects also help students to better prepare for their future careers.
