HOSA induction

HOSA+induction

HOSA is an international student organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Health Science Education (HSE) Division of ACTE. HOSA’s two-fold mission is to promote career opportunities in the healthcare industry and to enhance the delivery of quality healthcare to all people.

HOSA’s goal is to encourage all health science instructors and students to join and be actively involved in the HSE-HOSA Partnership. It’s $15 to be a part of the organization. Students in BioMed classes enter to be inducted into the organization and then teachers review all the students and elect a student president based on what the students do in and outside of school and their academics. To keep it  unbiased  students are not involved in the voting.

It’s $15 to be a part of the club. Kids in BioMed classes enter to be elected president in HOSA. In HOSA when they elect who will be presidents, the teachers talk amongst themselves and choose who is doing good in school and in academics. The students have nothing to do with the voting.
